Penrose Water Gardens was established 45 years ago within a woodland valley on the outskirts of Truro in Cornwall.
Of marshland and woodland with over 40 lily ponds and informal nature ponds all fed by natural springs.
Varieties of plants from our amazing water lilies and marginal plants to oxygenating and floating aquatic plants.
The milder climate in Cornwall and protected valley enables the ponds, wildlife and fauna to thrive.
Throughout the gardens you will find well stocked ponds brimming with hundreds of varieties of plants from our amazing water lilies and marginal plants to oxygenating and floating aquatic plants.
Throughout the gardens there are a number of seating areas for you to enjoy and watch the wildlife including the resident kingfishers, moor hens and ducks.
An award winning Truro restaurant. Penrose Kitchen serves the very best of local and home grown produce in the beautiful surroundings of tranquil lily ponds.
